Stores Officer

We are looking for a dynamic and responsible Stores Officer to join our team at Greenfield Bio Plantations (Pvt) Ltd..

What you’ll do

1. Lead overall stores operations with full inventory accountability
2. Manage receiving, storage, dispatch, and accurate stock records
3. Ensure timely ERP updates and data integrity
4. Control GRN, DO, and all stock movement activities
5. Plan material requirements and coordinate advance orders
6. Authorize and issue goods in line with company procedures
7. Support tea blending and flavouring with material expertise

Who we’re looking for

1. Senior-level experience in stores management within a tea, spice, or export manufacturing environment
2. Strong knowledge of tea handling, blending, and certification requirements
3. Proven experience working with ERP systems
4. Excellent coordination and record-keeping skills
5. Ability to take full ownership of end-to-end stores operations
