Responsibilities

1. Receive, inspect and verify incoming goods, ensure proper storage and labelling.
2. Issue materials per approved and maintain accurate inventory records.
3. Conduct stock counts, assist in audits and monitor stock levels for shortages.
4. Ensure cleanliness, organization and safety of the store.
5. Report discrepancies, damages or expired items and coordinate with relevant departments.

What we’re looking for

1. Minimum A/L qualification or equivalent.
2. Previous experience in stores or inventory management is preferred – minimum 1 year.
3. Prior working experience in an ERP system will be an added advantage.
4. Basic computer literacy (MS Office / Google Workspace).
5. Good communication skills.
6. Willingness to learn and take responsibility.
7. Positive attitude and reliability.
