Store keeper

Key responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day store operations at road construction project sites.
- Maintain accurate records of materials received, issued, and balance stock levels.
- Handle construction materials, tools, machinery spare parts, fuel, and consumable items efficiently.
- Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, and procurement teams regarding material requirements.
- Maintain proper control of site inventory and minimize wastage or losses.
- Operate and update ERP/SAP systems or other inventory management software when required.
- Prepare GRNs, issue notes, stock reports, and other store-related documentation.
Requirements
- Part qualification or ongoing studies in stores management, warehouse management, or a related field will be considered an added advantage.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in road construction-related storekeeping, inventory control, material handling, and maintaining store records/documentation.
- Experience in handling construction materials, tools, machinery spare parts, and site inventory management.
- Familiarity with ERP/SAP systems or other inventory management software will be an added advantage.
