Store Keeper

Job profile

1. Manage day-to-day stores operations, including receiving, storing, issuing, and dispatching materials and goods.
2. Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure timely system updates.
3. Conduct stock counts and reconciliations to ensure inventory accuracy.
4. Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment with relevant stakeholders.
5. Ensure proper storage, handling, and security of inventory and warehouse assets.
6. Support purchasing and procurement activities, including supplier coordination and documentation.
7. Maintain store and procurement records in compliance with company procedures and internal controls.
8. Drive continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and ISO standards.

Personal profile & skills

1. G.C.E. O/L or A/L qualification (diploma in stores or supply chain is an added advantage).
2. Minimum 2 – 3 years’ experience in stores, inventory, or procurement-related roles with a proactive approach.
3. Basic knowledge of procurement processes, inventory control, and IT.
4. Experience in ERP or inventory management systems preferred.
5. An interest in electrical and electronic engineering, or possession of a relevant certificate, will be an added advantage.
