  • Leads overall client maintenance, client contact and business development activities, and the development of proposals.
  • Provides the vision and project control to ensure client goals are being delivered.
  • Provides oversight of project work and helps to develop overall workload schedules for department and project staff.
  • Ensures the technical competency and quality of work performed and may be required to seal discipline documents.
  • Directly accountable for adherence to timetable and financial success of projects.
  • Monitors direct, coordinates, facilitates and supervises department personnel.
  • Travel required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or master`s degree is required along with a minimum of 10 years of experience within an architectural practice must be a registered architect (RA).
  • Strong background in the design of healthcare facilities.
  • Flexibility to work with a variety of healthcare project types on multiple, concurrent projects in various stages of development.
  • This position will be integral to the strategic growth of our healthcare division were looking for a candidate with current relationships with clients and a proven history of developing new relationships on a local and regional level.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, technical, written, and verbal communication skills experienced, highly motivated, self-directed professional with a hands-on attitude and the ability to work with a diverse, multidisciplinary team.
  • Basic familiarity with revit and AutoCAD design software and strong knowledge of building codes, americans with disabilities act (ada), and other design / regulatory requirements
