Sr. Recruitment Specialist – Remote

We are looking for a Senior Recruitment Specialist to join our dynamic and fast-growing recruitment team in a 100% remote role. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced recruitment professional who is passionate about talent acquisition, client management, and delivering high-quality recruitment solutions across multiple industries.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in end-to-end recruitment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple hiring requirements while maintaining speed, quality, and professionalism.

Key requirements

  1. Minimum 5 to 10 years of proven experience in end-to-end recruitment
  2. Strong experience in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and shortlisting candidates across construction & hospitality industries.
  3. Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously with efficiency and accuracy
  4. Experience in client coordination and understanding hiring requirements in detail
  5. Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, job portals, LinkedIn hiring, and headhunting techniques
  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  7. Strong leadership and team management abilities
  8. Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
  9. Experience in engineering, construction, hospitality, or technical recruitment will be an added advantage
  10. Strong reporting, database management, and candidate pipeline tracking skills

Key responsibilities

  1. Manage the full recruitment cycle from requirement gathering to candidate onboarding
  2. Source and attract high-quality candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and direct search methods
  3. Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and assessments
  4. Coordinate with clients to understand hiring needs and provide recruitment solutions
  5. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
  6. Ensure timely delivery of suitable candidates while maintaining recruitment quality standards
  7. Support and guide junior recruiters when required
  8. Prepare recruitment reports, updates, and hiring progress tracking
  9. Maintain strong candidate relationships and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
