As a full stack developer, you will play a key role in Blåkläder’s growing digital and e-commerce organization, supporting the Swedish head office e-commerce and development teams. This position is fully dedicated to Blåkläder HQ’s sales and distribution operations in Sweden, providing valuable international exposure while being employed by Concord Group in Sri Lanka. You will work closely with internal stakeholders across IT and digital teams, contributing to high-quality web solutions and scalable modern systems. Your employment will be with Concord Group, a long-term trusted partner of Blåkläder, while being fully integrated into Blåkläder’s teams, processes, and priorities.

Skills & experience

Technical skills

  1. .NET Core / C#
  2. Version control with Git
  3. Database experience with MS SQL, Elasticsearch
  4. Experience with cloud platforms (Azure)
  5. Familiarity with agile (Scrum) software development practices

Bonus experience

  1. AI
  2. Writing unit tests
  3. Docker, Kubernetes
  4. Working with CI/CD pipelines

Professional background

  1. At least 3 years of hands-on experience in web or full stack development, ideally working on customer-facing or e-commerce systems
  2. Prior experience collaborating with international companies, particularly in Europe and US
  3. Comfort working with agile methodologies and fast-paced development cycles

Key responsibilities

  1. Lead and execute development projects from concept to deployment.
  2. Collaborate with designers, product owners, and project managers to deliver successful digital solutions.
  3. Work with both front-end and back-end code, building applications that meet performance, scalability, and security standards.
  4. Contribute to the maintenance and continuous improvement of our web platforms and integration frameworks.
  5. Participate actively in code reviews and team discussions.
  6. Ensure deadlines are met and communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on progress.
  7. Support users and customers by troubleshooting technical issues when needed.

Education

  1. A relevant degree in computer science, information technology, software engineering, or a related field.
