1. Strong knowledge of Facebook, Instagram & TikTok marketing
2. Experience with audience targeting, ads, and campaign management
3. Ability to analyze insights & improve performance
4. Basic design knowledge (huge plus!)

Content creator

1. Create engaging posts, reels & short videos
2. Write simple, catchy captions (no boring corporate nonsense)
3. Follow trends and turn them into content
4. Maintain brand consistency across platforms

Requirements

1. Creative thinking (actual creativity, not copying Pinterest blindly)
2. Basic knowledge of tools like Photoshop / Canva
3. Ability to meet deadlines without disappearing
4. 1+ year experience preferred (but talent > years!)
