Social Media Content Creator (Graphic Design & Video Editing)

We are launching an exciting new international F&B brand in Sri Lanka and are looking for a creative and responsible individual to join our team as a Social Media Content Creator.

This role offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, where you will create engaging visual content for digital platforms. You will support marketing activities by designing creatives, editing short-form videos, and handling basic photography, while ensuring all content follows brand guidelines and helps grow the brand.

Key responsibilities

1. Design static posts, banners, and promotional creatives
2. Edit short-form videos (reels, TikTok-style content)
3. Develop creative concepts aligned with marketing campaigns
4. Capture product photos, outlet visuals, and lifestyle content
5. Perform basic color correction and editing
6. Create website visuals (banners, product images, thumbnails)
7. Ensure all visuals maintain brand consistency
8. Work closely with the marketing team to develop creative concepts

Requirements

1. 1-2 years of experience in design or content creation
2. Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro (or similar)
3. Basic knowledge of videography and photography
4. Strong creative thinking and attention to detail
5. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
6. Good understanding of social media trends and digital marketing
