Responsibilities

1. Experience in managing social accounts for organizations on popular platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, etc.).
2. Monitoring and engaging with followers on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.
3. Schedule and publish social media content, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and marketing goals.
4. Experience in developing content strategies and conducting research.
5. Experience in digital marketing and proofreading skills will be an added advantage.

Requirements

1. Higher diploma or other professional qualification (in marketing, business management, or a related field).
2. Proven experience as a social media associate, social media coordinator, or similar role.
3. Strong understanding of social media platforms, including their algorithms, tools, and best practices.
4. Proficiency in social media management tools.
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Sinhala (Tamil will be an added advantage).
