Duties and key responsibilities

Customer service

  1. Pricing
  2. Sending quotation to customers
  3. Agent coordination upcoming shipments
  4. Payment’s follow up
  5. Following up from our existing customers FCL forms collection
  6. Sending status reports to customers
  7. Sending vessel tracking reports to customers

Operations

  1. Handling import and export documentation and coordinating with shipping lines.
  2. Maintaining proper records on all documents and dispatch to consignee on time.
  3. Submitting E manifest / SLPA to Sri Lanka customs, ports authority
  4. Handling container deposit refunds.
  5. Be on standby 24/7 to attend operations and handle emergency requirements.

Candidate profile

  1. Male candidates encourage to apply.
  2. Minimum 2 years experience in similar industry.
  3. Hands on experience with MS Office package.
  4. Successful completion of GCE A/L examination & possess credit passes for English & mathematics in GCE O/L examination as the least qualification.
  5. Previous experience in a similar capacity will be added advantage.
