1. Civil engineering degree (BSc.) / NDT or equivalent
2. Minimum 5 years experience in similar role
3. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials & safety regulations
4. Experience in site supervision & project coordination
5. Ability to read & interpret drawings and specifications
6. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
7. Problem-solving & decision-making ability under pressure

Technical officer

1. NCT in civil engineering or equivalent
2. Minimum 3 years experience in similar role
3. Knowledge of site inspections & technical documentation
4. Good coordination, communication & problem-solving skills
