Site Engineer

Requirements

1. BSc degree in civil engineering from a recognized university.
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in road, highway and construction projects.
3. Sound knowledge of RDA specifications, contract administration and quality control procedures.
4. Experience in earthworks, drainage works, pavement construction, asphalt works and concrete structures.
5. Ability to manage site operations, subcontractors and project resources effectively.
6. Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD and project reporting.
7. Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.

Key responsibilities

1. Supervise and coordinate daily site activities.
2. Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications and quality standards.
3. Monitor project progress and prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports.
4. Coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors and suppliers.
5. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental requirements.
6. Assist in measurement, billing and project documentation.
