Showroom Supervisor

A day in the life of the role

1. Drive and achieve monthly sales targets of all the showrooms, through effective planning and execution of promotions and sales initiatives.
2. Lead and oversee all showroom operations effectively and efficiently.
3. Train, guide, and motivate showroom staff to perform at their best.
4. Maintain compliance with company policies, safety, and hygiene standards.
5. Monitor and manage inventory, stock levels, and replenishments.

What helps you succeed

1. Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
2. 2–3 years experience any similar capacity in showroom operations will be advantageous.
3. Be able to travel, work outdoors, and to handle multiple showrooms located in multiple cities within the island.
4. Ability to coordinate teams effectively, external and internal stakeholders effectively.
