Showroom Sales Assistant
About this role
As a Showroom Sales Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for customers exploring Swisstek’s Design Studio premium architectural solutions. You will be responsible for managing the Design Studio and guiding clients including homeowners, architects, and contractors through our wide range of aluminium systems while ensuring an exceptional brand experience. This role requires strong communication skills, product understanding, and a passion for delivering customer satisfaction while promoting the unique value of Swisstek’s solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Manage daily Design Studio operations, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment.
- Engage with walk-in customers, architects, and fabricators, providing suitable product recommendations.
- Explain product features and architectural aluminium solutions clearly and effectively.
- Handle customer inquiries, prepare quotations, and follow up on leads to convert them into sales.
- Maintain updated product displays, catalogues, and promotional materials in the showroom.
- Collect customer feedback to support continuous improvement and service excellence.
Qualifications
- Graduate or G.C.E Advanced Level qualified in business management, marketing or related field.
- Marketing interns are welcome to apply.
- Proficiency in English is mandatory; Tamil language skills will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with diverse customer groups.
- Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with ERP/CRM systems is an advantage.
- A proactive, customer-focused, and results-oriented attitude.
