Showroom Manager

We are looking for a dynamic & results-driven Showroom Manager to lead our retail showroom operations, drive sales performance & deliver excellent.

Key responsibilities

1. Manage day to day showroom operations
2. Lead, motivate & supervise the sales team
3. Achieve monthly sales targets & KPIs
4. Ensure excellent customer service & satisfaction
5. Maintain showroom standards, visual merchandising & cleanlines
6. Handle stock management & inventory control
7. Prepare sales reports & coordinate with management

Requirements

1. Minimum 4 years of experience in retail/showroom management
2. Strong leadership and team management skills
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
4. Good knowledge of sales techniques and customer handling
5. Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
6. Basic computer literacy (MS Office / POS systems)
