Shopify developer (with word press experience)

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Shopify developer with solid WordPress experience to join our team. You will be responsible for building, customizing, and maintaining eCommerce websites, ensuring high performance, scalability, and an excellent user experience.

Description of services

1. Develop and customize Shopify themes and apps
2. Build and maintain WordPress websites, including custom themes and plugins
3. Optimize website performance, speed, and SEO
4. Collaborate with designers and stakeholders to implement UI/UX improvements
5. Integrate third-party tools, APIs, and payment gateways
6. Troubleshoot bugs and provide ongoing maintenance and support
7. Ensure responsive design across all devices

Required qualifications

1. Proven experience with Shopify (liquid, APIs, theme development)
2. Strong experience with WordPress (PHP, custom themes/plugins)
3. Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript
4. Experience with Git/version control
5. Understanding of eCommerce best practices
6. Familiarity with SEO and performance optimization
7. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Nice to have

1. Experience with Shopify plus
2. Knowledge of headless commerce
3. Familiarity with frameworks like React or Vue
