Gamma Pizzakraft Lanka (Pvt) Ltd is the single franchisee for Pizza Hut and Taco Bell in Sri Lanka with a spread of over 100+ outlets and a human capital of over 2500+ individuals. In line with our upcoming expansions, we are in look out for passionate individuals to join as a Shift manager.

Job profile

1. Responsible for managing daily outlet coordination and complete sales center operations
2. Ensure that all customer complaints are acknowledged and complaints are handled appropriately
3. Ensure to achieve the daily sales target by conducting shift briefings and drive sales
4. Monitor individual productivity of CSR during the respective shift

Candidate profile

1. A minimum of 3-5 years as a customer service representative
2. Strong leadership skills
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
4. Sound knowledge of call centre operations
5. Proficiency in workforce management and scheduling
6. Ability to handle and resolve escalated customer issues
