Service Advisor – Automobile

Responsibilities

1. Greet customers and understand their vehicle service requirements.
2. Prepare job cards and clearly explain repair & maintenance work.
3. Coordinate between customers and technicians to ensure timely service.
4. Provide accurate cost estimates and service recommendations.
5. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
6. Maintain service records and billing documentation.

Requirements

1. Previous experience as a service advisor or in the automobile industry (preferred).
2. Strong communication & customer service skills.
3. Good technical knowledge of automobiles.
4. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
