Senior Quality Assurance Executive | Assistant Manager Quality Assurance

Key responsibilities

1. Oversee and manage end-to-end quality assurance processes.
2. Ensure compliance with buyer quality standards and AQL requirements.
3. Handle quality inspections, audits, and corrective action plans.
4. Lead and motivate the quality team to achieve production excellence.
5. Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
6. Supervise quality inspection and provide necessary guidance.
7. Maintain strong communication with buyers and internal departments.
8. Coordinate with production teams to minimize defects and rework.
9. Prepare quality reports and maintain proper documentation.

Requirements

1. Minimum 5-10 years’ experience in a supervisory or executive role in the garment industry.
2. Strong knowledge of jackets, pants, and woven garment production.
3. Good knowledge of AQL standards and buyers’ requirements.
4. Strong leaderships, effective communication and problem-solving skills.
5. Relevant qualifications in quality management will be an added advantage.
