Senior Operations Executive | Team Leader

Key responsibilities

Portfolio & property operations

  1. Support the end-to-end operational management of all villas within the portfolio, ensuring properties are maintained to the highest luxury standards at all times.
  2. Conduct regular property inspections and audits, coordinating remedial actions swiftly and without disruption to guests or owners.
  3. Support pre-arrival preparation, in-stay support, and post-departure processes to deliver consistently exceptional guest experiences.

Guest relations

  1. Act as the primary operational point of contact for the property, building trusted long-term relationships through proactive communication and impeccable service delivery.
  2. Handle sensitive escalations with discretion, professionalism, and a solution-first mindset.

Vendor & supplier management

  1. Source, negotiate, and manage relationships with a curated network of premium contractors, maintenance providers, housekeeping teams, and luxury service suppliers.
  2. Ensure all contractors are properly vetted, insured, and aligned with our brand standard.

Systems, processes & reporting

  1. Familiar with the use of property management systems (PMS), task management tools, and communication platforms.
  2. Support operational budgets, control costs, and identify efficiencies without compromising on quality.

Candidate profile

  1. 2+ years of operational experience within luxury hospitality, premium property management, or ultra-high-net-worth private residence services.
  2. Demonstrated experience and developing small-to-mid-sized teams in a service-driven environment.
  3. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously without dropping standards.
  4. Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
  5. Proactive problem-solver who anticipates issues before they escalate.
  6. Tech-savvy with proficiency in property management systems, scheduling tools, and cloud-based platforms, Microsoft office.
  7. Fluency in English and Sinhala essential; additional languages an advantage.
  8. A genuine passion for luxury and an innate understanding of what discerning clients expect.
  9. Entrepreneurial mindset — excited by building something, not just maintaining it.
  10. High degree of personal integrity, discretion, and professionalism.
  11. Resilient and adaptable under pressure, with a calm and composed demeanor.
  12. Ambition to grow with the company and take on increasing leadership responsibility as the business scales.
