Senior Nursing Sister – Critical Care

Ninewells Hospital, a leading private healthcare provider, is looking for a Senior Nursing Sister to oversee and lead our Surgical & Medical units, ensuring the highest standards of patient care, safety, and clinical excellence.

Qualifications & experience

1. B.Sc. Nursing or equivalent qualification (valid SLMC registration).
2. Minimum 10 years of nursing experience with at least 3 years in a supervisory/leadership role.
3. Strong clinical knowledge in critical care nursing practices.
4. Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
5. Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism and empathy.
6. Previous experience in a reputed hospital setting will be an added advantage.
