We seek a skilled and motivated senior human resources coordinator to join our dynamic team.

Key responsibilities

1. Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with the overall business plan and company objectives.
2. Oversee the full recruitment cycle – from job posting and interviewing to onboarding new hires.
3. Lead performance management processes and employee development initiatives.
4. Manage payroll, benefits, and compensation structure in coordination with the finance team.
5. Ensure legal compliance with labor regulations, workplace safety, and employee rights.
6. Address and resolve employee relations issues, conflicts, and grievances professionally.
7. Organize training programs, team-building activities, and employee engagement initiatives.
8. Maintain and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook.
9. Manage HR reporting, data analytics, and documentation for audits or internal reviews.
10. Support managers and team leaders with HR-related guidance and strategic advice.

Requirements & qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field.
2. Proven experience (2+ years) in HR management or a similar senior HR role.
3. Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and employment standards.
4. Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and conflict-resolution skills.
5. Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality.
6. Proficiency in HR software and systems.
