Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, business administration, or a related field.
2. Minimum 2-3 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 1 year in a senior or supervisory role.
3. Proven ability to develop and implement employee engagement and retention initiatives while maintaining positive employee relations.
4. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
