Senior Executive – Talent Acquisition & Development (One Year Contract)

Role profile
- Manage full-cycle recruitment (job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management).
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
- Assist with the complete end-to-end process for technical recruitment.
- Screen CVs and conduct initial interviews to assess suitability.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with internal stakeholders.
- Maintain and update candidate databases.
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Negotiate offers and manage pre-employment processes.
- Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns.
- Ensure compliance with internal hiring policies and procedures.
- Plan and implement on-boarding and orientation programs.
- Engage with universities to build employer branding activities and manage end to end internship program, from intern requirement identification and advertisement to onboarding, engagement, performance tracking, and program closure.
- Assist manager – TA & development to execute the PMS cycle.
- Responsible for preparing personnel files for executives and above recruitments.
Personal profile
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related discipline or equivalent professional qualification.
- A preferred requirement of 1–2 years’ experience in talent acquisition.
- Proficiency in HRIS and MS office tools.
- Ability to work with tight deadlines under minimum supervision with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills and proficiency in English language is mandatory.
