Senior executive – talent acquisition

American Premium Water, the pioneer in Sri Lanka’s bottled water industry & a market leader in the FMCG sector in Sri Lanka with a staff strength of over 1200, with an extended reach across logistics & SCM, construction, polymer packaging sectors within Sri Lanka as well as other Asian markets, is looking for senior executive – talent acquisition for immediate employment. The ideal candidate should be dynamic, highly motivated, and results oriented with exceptional interpersonal skills.
Key responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for executive-level and above positions
- Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies
- Analyze hiring needs and forecast workforce requirements
- Source candidates through multiple channels
- Maintain strong candidate pipelines and accurate recruitment records
- Partner with hiring managers to ensure timely and effective hiring
- Conduct resume screening and interviews
- Build strong relationships with candidates and past employees
- Stay updated on industry trends and recruitment best practices
- Represent the organization at career fairs and campus recruitment initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in talent acquisition (FMCG industry preferred)
- Proven experience in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
- Experience in offer negotiation and closing positions
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques for active & passive candidates
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
