Senior executive – student support

We are seeking a proactive, organized, and student-focused professional with a passion for student engagement, and student support services. The selected candidate will play a key role in enhancing the overall student experience through effective student life cycle management, event coordination, welfare support, and stakeholder engagement.

Reporting to the manager academic administration, the post holder will be responsible for supporting and coordinating student administration and student experience functions across the institution.

Key responsibilities

  1. Student life cycle management
  2. Graduation & event coordination
  3. Student support & welfare
  4. Complaints handling & resolution
  5. Student council coordination
  6. Academic administration support

Candidate profile

  1. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, education, management, social sciences, or a related field (master’s qualification will be an added advantage)
  2. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in student support initiatives
  3. Strong organizational and coordination skills
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  5. Strong interpersonal and stakeholder-management abilities
  6. Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure
  7. Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
  8. Student-centered mindset with a passion for enhancing the student experience
  9. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  10. Proficiency in MS Office and student information systems will be an added advantage
