Senior Executive – Quantity Surveyor

Vebuild Innovations by NCG (Pvt) Ltd is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented senior executive – quantity surveyor to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will support project cost management, estimation, and procurement activities while working closely with project teams.

Key responsibilities

1. Bachelor’s degree or diploma in quantity surveying or a related field (experience in the civil industry will be an added advantage).
2. Minimum 1 year of experience as a quantity surveyor within the construction industry.
3. Strong knowledge of quantity surveying principles, cost estimation techniques, and procurement processes.
4. Proficiency in quantity take-off software, cost estimation tools, and MS Office suite.
5. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure.
6. Team player with a proactive and flexible approach.

Key requirements

1. Assist in preparing quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and bills of quantities for construction projects.
2. Support procurement processes, including material take-offs, supplier coordination, and cost comparisons.
3. Monitor project costs, variations, and assist in cost control and reporting.
4. Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
5. Coordinate with engineers, site teams, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
