Senior Executive – Outbound Tours

Requirement:

1. Bachelor’s degree in International Relations, Business Administration, Travel Management, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in Outbound Tour Operations, visa processing, travel coordination. Experience in Inbound Tours would be an added advantage.
3. Strong understanding of international visa regulations, embassy procedures, and documentation requirements.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with clients, embassies, and internal teams.
5. High attention to detail, with the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially and resolve routine issues efficiently.
6. Proficiency in MS Office applications, Google Workspace, and travel management systems/tools.
