Senior Executive – Management Information Systems

We are seeking a proactive and result-oriented individual in the capacity of senior executive – MIS to assist our Management Information Systems. The role involves preparation of annual budgets, rolling budgets, forecasts, data analysis, preparation of monthly management reports ensuring timeliness, accuracy and completeness. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, proficiency in Microsoft reporting tools, specifically the extended knowledge of Microsoft Excel and the ability to work independently.

Key responsibilities

1. Preparation of budgets & forecasts.
2. Collection of data from various departments and preparation of monthly management reports.
3. Monitoring the budget with actuals and preparation of variance reports.

Qualifications & experience

1. Part qualification in CA, CIMA, CMA or member of AAT.
2. Having a degree in commerce, accountancy or management would be an added advantage.
3. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel.
4. Good command of spoken and written English.
5. Preferred age: 25-40 years.
6. 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
7. Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
