About the company
Hellmann MAS Supply Chain (HMSC) is a joint venture between Hellmann Worldwide Logistics (HWL) and MAS Holdings. HMSC provides its services to MAS as well as Hellmann’s existing contract logistics customers. Services offered by HMSC includes warehousing, value-added services, and 4PL logistics services.
Basic function
The senior executive – 4PL will be responsible for managing effective communication flow among internal and external stakeholders, preparing forwarders’ performance reports, handling customer inquiries and procurement-related matters, and participating in at least two industry events annually to stay updated on market trends. The role also involves preparing management and month-end reports, resolving operational issues proactively, supporting business development initiatives and service improvements, and reviewing freight invoices before sharing them with customers.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze performance reports for forwarders, carriers, and airlines.
- Develop and maintain dashboards to track KPIs, shipment status, and service performance.
- Monitor logistics market trends, industry news, and regulatory updates.
- Coordinate onboarding and integration of new forwarders.
- Manage customer inquiries, freight invoice validation, and reporting.
- Build strong relationships with forwarders, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Conduct regular visits to forwarders and business units to improve service delivery.
- Support business development initiatives and continuous improvement projects.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or related field.
- Minimum 4-6 years of experience in freight forwarding, logistics coordination, or supply chain operations.
- Strong knowledge of air freight, ocean freight, customs clearance, and logistics processes.
- Advanced skills in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with ERP systems, freight management tools, and digital logistics platforms.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
