Senior Executive – Compliance (EHS)

Key accountabilities

1. Develop and maintain EHS, and food safety systems with strong on-ground safety focus.
2. Ensure compliance with relevant local/international laws and standards (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001).
3. Drive safety culture and ensure adherence to operational procedures.
4. Conduct regular risk assessments for workplace safety.
5. Investigate and document incidents, near misses and accidents and conduct root cause analysis to implement preventive measures.

Preferred knowledge, skills & behaviors

1. Degree in engineering or relevant field and professional qualification in EHS from a recognized university or institute.
2. 2-3 years experience in integrated management system including ISO:9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
3. Knowledge in food safety standards will be an added advantage.
4. Individuals living within 10 kms radius from Ekala, Ja Ela will have an added advantage.
