5. Develop and execute local marketing and client engagement initiatives.
6. Maintain security and loss prevention measures in coordination with corporate policies.
7. Report to senior leadership with sales reports, customer feedback, and strategic insights.

Requirements

1. Minimum 7-10 years of retail management experience in the jewellery sector.
2. Strong leadership and team-building skills.
3. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service abilities.
5. In-depth knowledge of jewellery products, gemstones, and market trends.
6. High integrity and professionalism.
7. Proficiency in retail management software and reporting tools.
