Senior Architect

Key responsibilities

1. Lead, mentor, and manage a team of architects, designers, and technicians (minimum 5+ years of direct team leadership).
2. Oversee the architectural design process for large-scale developments, ensuring aesthetic excellence, functionality, and structural integrity.
3. Ensure full compliance with international and local building codes, safety regulations, and zoning laws.
4. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and contractors regarding design changes and project progression.

Qualifications

1. Professional status: full chartered qualification from a recognized professional body.
2. Total experience: a minimum of 15 years of post-qualification experience in architectural design and project delivery.
3. Leadership: at least 5 years of experience in team handling and managerial roles.
4. Major advantage: a proven track record of successfully delivering high-rise building projects (commercial, residential, or mixed-use).
