Security Supervisor

Requirements

1. Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in security supervision (construction site experience preferred)
2. Ex-forces background (army / navy / air force / police) will be a strong advantage
3. Strong knowledge of site security operations, access control, and material movement monitoring
4. Ability to lead and manage a team of security guards effectively
5. Good discipline, leadership, and decision-making skills
6. Ability to handle emergencies such as theft, fire, accidents, or unauthorized access
7. Physically fit and able to work in shift duties (day/night)
8. Good communication and reporting skills

Responsibilities

1. Supervise all site security operations and ensure full protection of site assets
2. Control entry and exit of workers, visitors, vehicles, and materials
3. Assign duties and manage security guards for smooth shift operations
4. Conduct regular patrols across the construction site to prevent theft and unauthorized access
5. Monitor and ensure proper recording of material movement in and out of site
6. Maintain discipline, attendance, and performance of security staff
7. Prepare daily security reports and incident reports for management
8. Respond immediately to emergencies and coordinate with site management and authorities
9. Ensure compliance with site safety and security procedures at all times
