Secretary – Colombo Region

The branch secretary serves as the primary point of contact for admissions and parent relations, manages student entry and exit procedures, and provides comprehensive administrative support to the principal. This role ensures effective parent-school communication while maintaining a professional, welcoming, and well-organized front office environment.

Key responsibilities

  1. Handle all admissions inquiries (walk-ins, calls, emails).
  2. Provide accurate information on school programs and policies.
  3. Coordinate the full admissions process (applications, interviews).
  4. Prepare and manage offer letters, confirmations and transfer/withdrawal documents.
  5. Coordinate with the finance department on fees, deposits and clearances.

Requirements

  1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  2. Strong organizational and administrative abilities.
  3. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  4. Professional attitude with a customer-service mindset.
  5. Prior experience in administration, front office or school environment is an advantage.
