Sales Representative – Male

Job description

1. Achieve monthly sales targets and expand market coverage.
2. Visit retail shops, distributors, and wholesale buyers to promote products.
3. Build strong relationships with customers and ensure excellent service.
4. Collect market feedback on pricing, competitor activity, and product performance.
5. Ensure proper product display, merchandising, and visibility at outlets.
6. Prepare daily sales reports and maintain accurate customer records.

Requirements

1. Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Results-oriented mindset, with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. Qualified in GCE A/L, marketing, or related field preferred.
6. Fluent in Sinhala, English or Tamil language.
