Role description

The Imperial College of Business Studies (ICBS) is hiring a full-time, target-driven Sales & Operations Manager to lead its Kandy campus – Undergraduate Division. This dual-focus leadership role balances aggressive sales targets with comprehensive branch management.

1. Sales & targets: Take full ownership of student recruitment and enrollment targets across all academic programs for the Kandy branch – Undergraduate Division.
2. Team leadership: Lead, train, and manage the branch sales and student counselling team to optimize pipeline conversion (inquiry to registration).
3. Business development: Conduct local lead generation, school outreach, and corporate partnerships across the region.
4. Operations: Oversee daily administrative, logistical, and financial operations of the Kandy campus.

Requirements

1. Experience: 3–5 years in sales management or branch operations (higher education, banking, or insurance sectors preferred).
2. Education: Bachelor’s degree in business/marketing or professional qualifications (CIM/SLIM).
3. Languages: Full professional proficiency in English and Sinhala (Tamil is a distinct advantage).
4. Key attributes: Proven track record of hitting aggressive commercial targets, strong leadership skills, and deep familiarity with the Kandy market landscape.
