Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and build strong client relationships.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities within the hospitality industry.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and budgets.
- Collaborate with designing and other departments to drive business growth.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and guest retention.
- Promote hospitality services and maintain long-term relationships with corporate and leisure clients.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, hospitality management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales within the hospitality industry (hotels, resorts, restaurants, or related sectors).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience handling client inquiries and over-the-phone sales professionally.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Good understanding of hospitality market trends and customer expectations.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
