Key responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.
  2. Identify new business opportunities and build strong client relationships.
  3. Monitor market trends and competitor activities within the hospitality industry.
  4. Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and budgets.
  5. Collaborate with designing and other departments to drive business growth.
  6. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and guest retention.
  7. Promote hospitality services and maintain long-term relationships with corporate and leisure clients.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, hospitality management, or a related field.
  2. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales within the hospitality industry (hotels, resorts, restaurants, or related sectors).
  3. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  4. Experience handling client inquiries and over-the-phone sales professionally.
  5. Strong leadership and team management skills.
  6. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  7. Good understanding of hospitality market trends and customer expectations.
  8. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
