We are looking for motivated telesales professionals with refrigeration or related industry experience to handle customer enquiries, generate sales leads and support our UK operations from our Colombo office.

Key responsibilities

- n
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to generate sales leads
- n
- Identify customer needs and promote relevant products and solutions
- n
- Prepare and send quotations and follow up on enquiries
- n
- Maintain accurate records in CRM system
- n
- Work closely with the UK sales and service teams
- n
- Achieve individual and team sales targets
- n
n
What we’re looking for
n
- n
- Proven experience in telesales, inside sales or customer service
- n
- Experience in refrigeration, HVAC, electrical, engineering or related industries is essential
- n
- Excellent communication skills in English
- n
- Strong persuasion, negotiation and organisational skills
- n
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/ERP systems is an advantage
- n
- Self-motivated, target driven and able to work in a team environment
- n
