Job responsibilities

1. Welcome and assist customers, delivering an exceptional luxury shopping experience.
2. Understand customer preferences and recommend products that match their style and requirements.
3. Achieve individual and showroom sales targets through effective selling techniques.
4. Handle billing, POS transactions, and inventory-related activities accurately.

Requirements

1. Minimum 2-4 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in fashion, luxury, or lifestyle brands.
2. Fluent in English and Sinhala (Tamil will be an added advantage).
3. Professional appearance and a passion for fashion and luxury products.
4. Proficiency in CRM, POS systems, and sales reporting tools.
