Qualifications

1. Passed G.C.E. A/L.
2. Must own a motorcycle and have a valid motorcycle license.
3. Must be a person with communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to work in districts outside Anuradhapura.
5. Ability to speak Tamil is an additional qualification.
6. Age should be between 20-30 years.
7. 2 years of experience is an additional qualification.
