As the authorised distributor for AIRMAN (Japan) and providers of CSH generators powered by Volvo Penta & Ashok Leyland engines, we deliver reliable, end-to-end power solutions across Sri Lanka.

Key responsibilities

1. Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in commercial and industrial segments
2. Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
3. Conduct client meetings, site visits, and technical discussions with customers
4. Understand customer requirements and propose tailored power solutions
5. Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs
6. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
7. Coordinate with technical and operations teams for smooth project execution
8. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies

Candidate profile

1. Minimum 2–5 years of experience in sales (experience in generators, engineering, construction, or industrial products preferred)
2. Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
3. Strong understanding of B2B sales processes
4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
5. Ability to handle technical product discussions confidently
6. Established industry relationships and ability to leverage an existing client network will be an added advantage
7. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
8. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
9. Valid motorcycle and light vehicle driving licence (essential)
