Sales engineer – package type sewage treatment plants – STP

We are introducing advanced package-type sewage treatment plants to the Sri Lankan market and are seeking dynamic technical professionals to expand our wastewater treatment business.

Responsibilities

1. Promote package-type sewage treatment plants and wastewater solutions
2. Meet consultants, architects, contractors, factories, hotels, apartments, and developers
3. Conduct technical presentations and customer meetings
4. Prepare proposals, BOQs, and technical submissions
5. Handle project coordination and follow-ups
6. Develop long-term business relationships
7. Achieve project sales targets and pipeline development

Qualifications

1. Degree/diploma in environmental, chemical, mechanical, civil engineering or water technology
2. Minimum 1–3 years experience in engineering or technical sales preferred
3. Knowledge in wastewater treatment/STP/ETP systems is an advantage
4. Ability to understand technical drawings and BOQs
5. Strong presentation and negotiation skills
6. Good command of English & Sinhala
7. Valid driving/riding license
8. Willingness to travel island wide

Preferred skills

1. Knowledge of STP systems
2. Experience with consultants and construction projects
3. Proposal preparation and project coordination
