Position summary
The outlet sales assistant will provide a warm, welcoming experience to every customer, assist with menu selection, and serve high-quality gelato, coffee & other products. You will manage point-of-sale transactions, maintain strict food hygiene standards, and ensure the outlet is clean, inviting, and fully stocked at all times.
Qualifications & experience
- Previous customer-facing experience in a fast-paced cafe, restaurant, or gelato shop is a strong advantage.
- Engaging, friendly, and approachable personality with excellent conversational skills.
- Ability to work efficiently during busy periods while maintaining a positive attitude and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work varied shifts, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays, depending on outlet operating hours.
