Sales and Client Relationship Coordinator

We are looking for an experienced sales & client relationship coordinator to support the marketing and sales team ensuring excellent client experiences. The ideal candidate will be skilled at generating sales leads while deeply understanding company’s existing products and services, managing client interactions, coordinating sales activities, and maintaining long term business relationships. This role is central to growing revenue while ensuring client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

1. Identify and pursue new leads through networking, referrals, and market research.
2. Coordinate and support the end to end sales process, from prospecting to deal closure.
3. Build and maintain long term client relationships, serving as a primary point of contact.
4. Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and client reports.
5. Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales activities with campaigns and lead generation strategies.
6. Support account management by coordinating contracts, follow ups, and after sales service.
7. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, leads, and sales activities using CRM tools.
8. Represent the company at meetings, exhibitions, and industry events.

Requirements

1. Excellent proficiency in written and spoken English.
2. Minimum 1 year of experience in digital marketing, sales coordination or client servicing.
3. Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
4. Ability to build trust based client relationships and support sales targets.
5. Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines.
6. Fluency in English; Sinhala and Tamil proficiency is an advantage.
7. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
