We are seeking a results-driven and tech-savvy sales agent to join our team. In this role, you will be the driving force behind expanding our market presence, helping businesses streamline their operations through our robust, high-precision ERP and inventory management platform.

Key responsibilities

  1. Identify & prospect: Generate high-quality leads across various industries, including retail, manufacturing, and distribution.
  2. Consultative selling: Conduct deep-dive discovery calls to understand client workflows and demonstrate how our ERP solves their specific inventory and operational challenges.
  3. Product demonstrations: Present the platform’s core features, focusing on its high-accuracy financial tracking and seamless backend integration.
  4. Relationship management: Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing, maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  5. Market feedback: Collaborate with our engineering team to relay client feedback, ensuring our product remains at the forefront of industry needs.

Qualifications & skills

  1. Experience: Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably within the SaaS or ERP space.
  2. Technical literacy: Ability to discuss software features confidently (experience with cloud-based systems or inventory logic is a major plus).
  3. Communication: Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills; ability to translate technical features into business value.
  4. Drive: Self-motivated with a ‘hunter’ mentality and a commitment to meeting monthly targets.
  5. Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where the product is constantly evolving.
