Management Trainee – Mechanical/Electrical

for both Sri Lankan and global customers while empowering sustainable development for the environment, people, and products. We are looking for two Management Trainees for Mechanical & Electrical fields. To one of the subsidiaries under Rhino Roofing Products Ltd.

Selected candidates should drive the plant’s operations effectively while being responsible for all activities related to the production process. In this challenging position, you will be expected to promote the optimum performance of the operation, target achievements, quality maintenance of the products, and coordination with other departments.

Candidate Profile:

• Should be a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/ Chemical / Electrical Engineering with or without working experience
• Working experiences within ISO systems will be added more advantages
• Should have demonstrated excellent leadership, analytical and problem solving, interpersonal and communication skills in Sinhala and English.
• Should have a sound knowledge of IT and being familiar with ERP systems will be added more advantages
• Should be team-oriented
