Revenue & Distribution Executive

Job summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive revenue & distribution executive to manage online distribution channels and maximize revenue performance across all properties. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of OTA platforms, channel managers, pricing strategies, and inventory management within the hospitality industry.

Key responsibilities

1. Manage and maintain all OTA platforms including Booking.com, Expedia, Agoda, Airbnb, and other online travel channels.
2. Monitor room rates, availability, and inventory across all distribution channels.
3. Ensure rate parity and accurate content across OTA platforms and direct booking channels.
4. Optimize listings, promotions, and visibility on OTA platforms to maximize bookings and revenue.
5. Analyze booking trends, competitor pricing, and market demand to support revenue strategies.
6. Prepare weekly and monthly revenue and production reports.
7. Handle OTA promotions, special offers, and campaign setups.
8. Work closely with reservations, sales, and marketing teams to improve occupancy and ADR performance.

Requirements

1. Minimum 2+ years of experience in revenue, reservations, distribution, or OTA management within the hospitality industry.
2. Strong understanding of OTA extranets and online distribution systems.
3. Experience working with channel managers such as Opera, Exely, SiteMinder, Little Hotelier, Profitroom, or similar platforms.
4. Good analytical and reporting skills.
5. Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
6. Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

1. Diploma or degree in hospitality management, marketing, business administration, or related field preferred.
