Retail Sales Associate

Responsibilities

1. Provide friendly customer service and assist customers with product recommendations.
2. Handle billing, cash/card payments, and promote seasonal products.
3. Maintain attractive product displays and store presentation standards.
4. Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and proper organization of the retail shop.
5. Support daily retail operations and stock arrangement.

Requirements

1. Good command of spoken and written English.
2. 1-2 years of experience in retail, hospitality, or F&B industry.
3. Friendly, presentable, and customer-focused personality.
4. Interest in gourmet or specialty food products will be an added advantage.
5. Basic computer knowledge and ability to use POS systems.
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
